What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy emphasises overall health and the relation among the body's nerves, muscles, bones, and organs. Osteopaths base diagnosis and treatment on the idea that the body's systems are interconnected. Instead of treating specific symptoms or illnesses, they regard and treat the body as an integrated whole. Osteopathy focuses on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Osteopathy may help to improve the following conditions;
- Hip, thigh, knee, shin, calf and foot pain
- Whiplash
- Stiffness
- Stress
- Rheumatic pain
- Digestion problems
- Circulatory problems
- Sciatica
- Flexibility
- Aches and Pains including during pregnancy
- Arthritis
